Joe Beam is a nationally best-selling author and public speaker. He has expertise in the areas of theology and marriage enrichment. He has been a guest on The Today Show, Focus on the Family, The Montel Williams Show, The Mike and Juliet Show and Good Morning America. He is currently President of Love Path International, an organization that helps save marriages from divorce.

Lee Wilson co-authored The Real Heaven with Joe Beam. His education includes behavioral science and theology from Freed-Hardeman University and Trevecca Nazarene University. He has served churches in Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina and Tennessee in various ministry roles including youth ministry, preaching ministry and associate ministry. Lee founded Grace-Centered Magazine and Real Christian Singles. Lee is also an actor who has appeared in music videos by various artists including Garth Brooks, Trent Summar, Brandi Carlile and Danielle Peck in addition to television commercials and major film projects including Billy: The Early Years, Hannah Montanna and The Harps.
